A calm walk is my favorite form of exercise, and as the seasons begin to change, walking around campus as a study break or to clear my head have become therapeutic. Most of the time I listen to music, but leaving your phone at home or even in your backpack or purse instead of carrying it relieves stress as well. During fall, the spotlight falls on a slower vibe of my favorite songs to accompany a walk around campus.

  • How Are You True – Cage The Elephant
  • I’d Have You Anytime – George Harrison
  •  Better Views – Yellow House
I’m a freshman at UNT from Austin, Texas and this is my first year apart of Her Campus.
