This simple guacamole dip is perfect for your upcoming Cinco de Mayo Party!
Ingredients
– 6 avacados, pitted and roughly chopped
– 2 tomatos, chopped
– juice from 1 lime
– 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
– 1 small red onion, finely diced
– 2 serrano chile peppers, finely diced
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
– combine all ingredients in a decorative bowl, leaving the mixture chunky
– cover with plastic wrap
– refrigerate until ready to serve
