If you’re like me, you’re looking for a way to save a dollar at just about every opportunity possible. I don’t want to constantly eat fast food that will make me gain five pounds and feel like crap afterward. So, I have compiled a list of five (healthier!) places to eat at to save your stomach and your wallet from unneeded stress.
Noodles & Company
This is a personal favorite of mine. Whether you’re looking for pasta or a salad you’ll find it here. I’ve never been disappointed coming here and will always highly recommend this company to everyone I know. .
Panera
Ah Panera. If you have never eaten here then you must live under a rock. Panera has some of the best soups, sandwiches, salads, etc. I’ve ever had. There are so many choices and no matter what mood you’re in you can always be sure to find something delicious to eat. Plus, they have a loyalty program and you can eat here for every meal of the day.
Fuzzy’s Taco Shop
This place is a little different. While I’ve only eaten here once, their queso was to die for and I don’t think I spent more than $6.00 on chips and queso, 2 tacos, and a drink. You get a lot for your buck here and for those of us who are 21 and over there’s a bar attached just around the corner. It’s the perfect place for casual Friday nights.
Le Peep
Breakfast food will forever be the best kind of food out there. Although Le Peep is primarily a breakfast joint they do offer some lunch related options. No matter what time of day or what type of meal you are looking for, you can’t go wrong.
Pitch Pizzeria
Pizza. Need I say more? I think not. There is nothing on this planet that makes for a better relaxing, late at night meal. It’s the one thing literally everyone loves. They have so many different varieties of pizza that everyone in your group will find exactly what they are looking for.
