As many of you know, it’s National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I feel like as women (even though there are cases of men who develop breast cancer as well), this is a very important issue that we should really care about. Thank goodness my family has been unaffected by the disease, but I know many people who have been touched by it in one way or another.
It’s scary to think that one day we could wake up and have it. That’s why supporting cancer research is so important — so if that does happen to us or someone we care about someday, they may have discovered a better way to treat it.
Supporting breast cancer research may be more fun than you think! I have some fabulous pink, shiny finds that any girl will adore. And, all of these products have a percentage that goes towards the cause. There’s never been a better excuse to go shopping!
