What is your favorite part of UNI? The People, everyone is so nice to each other and willing to help.

Why did you choose UNI? I chose UNI because of the environment. With the close proximity and smaller campus it was the perfect size and classes aren’t too big or too small.

What is your favorite college memory? All the nights hanging out with friends and the NCAA tournament when UNI beat #1 Kansas. Traveling to all the games was something that is unforgettable.

What are your plans after UNI? Upon graduation, I plan to work for a University or Event Complex working within the sports area.

What activities are you involved with on campus? I am the President of Northern Iowa Wishmakers and the Director of Logistics for QUASH.

What is your dream job? My dream job would have to be working for the Chicago Cubs organization and Wrigley Field.

What do you like to do in your free time? I love hanging out with my friends and family and spoiling my three nephews.

Lottie is a junior at the University of Northern Iowa and she is a communications major with a journalism minor. She has always had a passion for fashion and writing, so she figured, why not combine them? She was a writer for Her Campus only one semester before becoming the Editor-in-chief and campus correspondent for fall of 2011. Lottie is very excited to take on the challenge and to make great things happen with Her Campus magazine.
