Every summer comes around and I have all these goals I want to achieve by a certain time and always feel so defeated when I don’t complete them. This summer I want to make my happiness a priority and not have traditional goals but rather stuff I would be happy to achieve/do over the summer!

  • Take advantage of the whole day and appreciate summer!

  • Get back into journaling, it helps me de-stress after a long day

  • Every year I put pressure on myself to extensively diet/workout to be ready for summer but this year I just want to feel healthy. Doing workouts, I like and eating the foods that I enjoy without making how I look in a bikini the priority

  • Start practicing yoga/meditation

  • Do some volunteer/outreach work

  • Hike Mount Washington

  • Get back into painting/art

  • Travel somewhere new (Covid-safe)

  • Get the Covid-19 vaccine

  • Spend time at the lake/beach
