As the end of the month is approaching, I thought it would be fun to share my favorite things from this past month, from food to music, and more. I am currently a senior in college, graduating in May, so I’m trying new things that I thought would be fun to share!

My favorite event that I attended in March was the Saint Patrick’s Day parade in Boston. This is a fun event for anyone who likes to celebrate the holiday, and a lot of big cities have fun parades to see.

My favorite shows from March are Gossip Girl and the new season of Survivor. I am currently rewatching Gossip Girl for the second time with my roommates, and I forgot how much I love the show. There is never a dull moment in the episodes. The new season of Survivor is very entertaining so far. There have been many strategic moves played within just the first four episodes. If you haven’t started the new season, it is a much watch with this amazing cast.

Some food favorites from this month (my current hyper fixations) are caesar salads, pesto penne pasta, omelets with egg, spinach, and cheese, and cake batter ice cream. These are all foods I did not like a month ago, but now I’m obsessed with all of them.

Ever since the weather has been getting warmer, I have had country music playing constantly. Some songs I have been playing on repeat all month long include “Springsteen” by Eric Church, “Play it Again” by Luke Bryan, and “Get Me Some of That” by Thomas Rhett. These songs will be staples in my spring and summer playlists.

Finally, my favorite new restaurant I tried this month was when I was on vacation in Florida. Located in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, the restaurant Aruba was amazing. Everything from the drinks, appetizer, and meal tasted so good I wanted to go back again the next night. For a drink, I got a lime mojito. For an appetizer, I tried the honey bread, which was highly recommended on the menu. For my meal, I got the caesar salad and fries. The food, drinks, and staff were top tier and I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I am currently a senior environmental engineering and sustainability dual major student at UNH. I am from Carver, MA and love going to the beach, hanging out with friends, and walking my dog.
