As temperatures drop this fall, it’s important to have some reliable pieces you’re excited to wear on the cold walks to morning classes or the gym. One store I can never resist when it comes to quality basics is Aritzia, but I always find myself wondering what’s worth the price tag. Over the past couple years, I’ve made it a goal to invest in clothing staples that are made to last and make me look and feel my best. Through doing this, I’ve compiled a list of Aritzia finds that are worth the splurge for this fall and winter on campus.

Aritzia’s Cozy Sweatfleece Mega Raglan Hoodie and Mega Straight Sweatpant is the best sweat set combo I’ve tried so far from any brand. The material is super thick and perfect at keeping me warm on my walks to class during the colder months. There are also so many fun and neutral colors to choose from to match the top and bottom. I recently bought this set in the color Vintage Cordovan and it’s the perfect maroon for fall. I can also confirm that neither the sweatshirt nor sweatpants shrunk in the wash, so I think this set is worth the high price!
2. Contour Bodysuits
Any style of the Contour bodysuits from Aritzia are a perfect basic for layering or going out. The tank top and strapless options are great going out basics and the long sleeve ones are a go-to for wearing with a vest, denim jacket, or cardigan on colder days to dress up or down with jeans and accessories. They’re always flattering yet comfortable because of the tight fit, buttery material, and double-lining. I love all the options of necklines and neutral colors that make these bodysuits a holy grail staple in my closet.
3. Butter Workout Sets
While it can be hard to find the motivation to get to the gym when I’m busy with classes, especially as it gets colder on campus, a cute and comfortable workout sets always helps me get there. If you’re looking for a warm and cute winter jacket for the year, the Super Puff is a pricey but worthy investment. It comes in both matte and stylish shiny finishes with bright shades for a pop and neutrals that will go with any outfit. I personally have the matte Super Puff Shorty and absolutely loved getting to wear it last winter. Although it’s a steep price, I think this jacket is 100% worth it for staying cozy and keeping your outfit cute this winter, even when snow piles up.
While Aritzia can be super pricey, I think these staple pieces from the brand are completely worth the price and a great investment for a college girl living on campus. Whether you treat yourself this fall or make any of these a Christmas list item, you definitely deserve the splurge!
