Trader Joe’s is the best place to go if you love to try new foods! Since getting an apartment, I have really enjoyed grocery shopping every week. Trader Joe’s has become my most favorite place to shop. They have some of the best products and tons of amazing pre-made meals that are super easy for any busy day. Each time I go, I am always trying new things to spice up my every week meal plans.

Here are 10 must-tries that are perfect for the fall season!

Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese: This frozen meal isn’t like others. It’s the perfect blend of three kinds of cheese with the rich taste of a butternut squash purée. The fall taste of nutmeg and sage explodes the dish with even more flavor. It’s the perfect comfort meal, especially on a busy day.

Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Mix: I have a total sweet tooth and this bread does just the trick. You simply just add oil, eggs and water and stick it right in the oven. This bread is fall in a loaf. The strong fall flavors aren’t too overpowering, with just a touch of sweetness. If you want to spice it up even more add nuts for some crunch or chocolate chips for that extra sweetness.

Autumnal Harvest Creamy Pasta Sauce: If you were to bottle up all the flavors of fall and turn it into a pasta sauce, this would be it. The Autumnal Harvest Creamy Pasta Sauce is a tomato-based sauce with a rich and creamy texture. The sauce is filled with the right touch of sweetness from the pumpkin and butternut squash and the deep veggie flavors from the carrots and tomatoes. The sage and rosemary leave a savory finish. Pair this with your favorite type of pasta, for a quick and easy home-cooked meal.

Pumpkin Waffles: I’m not a big breakfast person but these waffles make me one. This is one of my seasonal favorites. It’s not like regular frozen waffles, these pumpkin-flavored treats are anything but plain. They have a subtle sweet squash flavor. I like to pair mine with maple syrup and sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on top for a perfect breakfast treat.

Maple & Sea Salt Kettle Corn: Kettle corn is a staple in my diet during the fall and this is Trader Joe’s Maple & Sea Salt Kettle Corn is addicting. It’s the perfect snack with the sweet maple flavor with the perfect balance of sea salt. Oh, and did I mention it’s gluten-free!

Pumpkin spice hummus: I am a huge dip girl and love to find new ones. I personally love hummus but was skeptical about a pumpkin-flavored hummus. After this one, I should have never doubted it! It pairs perfectly with pita chips or graham crackers and reminds me of the insides of a pumpkin pie.

Apple Cider Donuts: You can never go wrong with an apple cider donut during fall so I was eager to try the Trader Joe’s, and they sure didn’t disappoint. I heated mine up in the microwave for a few seconds and paired it with some warm apple cider. They have a perfect cinnamon-sugar coating on the outside with a dense middle.

Pumpkin Butternut Squash Bisque: Pre-made soups make a busy night a little bit easier. The ingredient list is what drew me to this soup. This soup has minimal ingredients and is so fresh. It’s thick and smooth, you can taste the immediate burst of nutmeg flavor with every bite. I like to add a little hot sauce to mine and dip a fresh baguette in it.

Harvest Chili: I love a good vegetarian chili, and this knocked my socks off. This hearty chili had a great balance of black beans, sweet potatoes, cauliflower and butternut squash with each ingredient complimenting the next. This chili had a smoky flavor and I paired mine with tortilla chips.

Pumpkin Rolls with Pumpkin Spice Icing: Growing up cinnamon rolls were always in the oven on a Sunday morning, so when I saw these on the shelf at Trader Joe’s I had to try them! These were incredible, the perfect balance of a regular cinnamon roll and a slice of pumpkin bread. My favorite part was the pumpkin spice icing, it was sweet and gooey with just the right amount of spice.

I hope you try all these new fall favorites out!
