The polls closed and the ballots were counted…the results were in. The winners of the 13th annual Dress for Success fashion show are Colby Cummings and Kayla Eberhardt!
Kayla is senior from upstate New York who will graduate in May with her degree in Communication Studies. Kayla is currently interning with the 1ST Batallion, 6TH Marine regiment Family Readiness Office at Camp Lejeune. She says, “I enjoy working with the unit and helping the military families and service members.” After graduation she would like to continue working with the military as a Family Readiness Officer for one of the military units. While Kayla doesn’t consider herself a very interesting person, she did marry her high school sweetheart and they have been together for eight years! In the fashion show, Kayla wore a sleeveless neutral color block dress from White House | Black Market, paired with a pair of nude heels.
Colby is a senior from Pinetops, North Carolina graduating with a degree in Communication Studies. Colby has worked on the ETEAL advertising campaign with Dr. Persuit and loved it so much he wants to continue in adverting after graduation. He would love to work in sales or advertising with Samsung, Verizon or a non-profit organization. In the fashion show, Colby wore Izod charcoal flat front pants with a gingham lime MADE by Cam Newton button down shirt.
