Your semester is going just great when all of a sudden you receive an e-mail from your advisor reminding you to make an appointment. What!? Yeah that’s right–it’s already time to sign up for classes again. Â Next semester is just around the corner and that means the dreaded and ever stressful process of registering for classes. Here are 13 thoughts we all have when it comes to registration.
Â
1. When you find out your registration time and it’s literally hours if not days after everyone else.
Â
2. As the week passes, you watch the classes you want start to fill up like:
Â
3. You hear about how seniors are saving some classes for your friends.
Â
4. It’s time. T-minus 2 minutes until you register.Â
Â
5. Somehow in the 30 seconds it took to get to the page, the class you wanted filled up.
Â
6. Â You quickly pull up Rate My Professor to see if you could make a decent grade with any of the other teachers available. Of course all of the reviews are horrible.
Â
7. Â Signing up for an 8 a.m. like:
Â
8. Â What is this?? A class that you need and is open!?
Â
9. Â You’ve been on Seanet for about an hour and still have only signed up for 3 classes.
Â
10. Â You frantically start emailing professors begging for an override.
Â
11. Â After hours of stress you’ve finally signed up for a solid 15 hours.
Â
12. Â Hopefully next semester registration will be easier.
