4. How have you been adjusting to the married life? – It’s been easy enough. The only thing is making time for both families, evenly, is hard.
5. What are both of your occupations? – I’m a student, he is a deputy.
6. Are you a full time student? If so, is it hard being married while being a full time student? – Yes and Yes, I think some of the hardest things is my schedule is a little bit everywhere (not just 9 to 5) and I am not making a big kid job paycheck yet.
7. Are you looking forward to the upcoming holiday? – Yes and No. See next question.
8. What are you guys doing for the holiday? – Well, since Joe is a deputy, he is going to be working on Thanksgiving day and Christmas day this year. So what we decided to do is go to my family in West Virginia the day after Thanksgiving, and then spend Christmas Eve with his family.
9. I know it’s different than just deciding to go home for the holidays with your own family by yourself. How did you guys decide what to do? – Well two things made the decision easier. 1. My birthday is always close to Thanksgiving, so that is my holiday. 2. My family’s bigger holiday is Thanksgiving and his is more Christmas, so that made it a lot easier.
