So, there is a lot of negative stigma on changing your major these days, or even being undecided on a major. I am here to tell you as a senior in college and someone who has changed their major, it’s perfectly okay to change your major, add a minor, or even decide that college is not for you.
I have known a lot of people who have changed their major for multiple reasons, and I think it is important to note that there is not one that is better than another. Whether it’s pure disinterest or curiosity for something else, you are in charge of your own life and the major you choose should be one that you are confident in and happy about (no matter what others think).
I am double majoring in two things that are considered “hobbies” in the workplace, but they are things I love and don’t regret choosing them.
As far as undecided: guys it’s all good if you don’t know. That’s what college is for. Just take your time and learn more about yourself and your interests!
