2018 was the year that I tried a lot of new products. There were many things that I liked such as hair care and makeup products mostly. I selected a hand full of products that I will be taking with me in the the new year of 2019 and decided to share with you all.

  • Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Foundation

This was a product that I was late getting into but I heard lots of good things about it and decided to try it out. This is one of the best foundations because of the match and the matte longwear. This foundation I will definitely be carrying over into 2019.

  • Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Primer

Not only does this primer work well with the foundation it is perfect to use with other makeup products as well. This is a primer I will continue to stick with, just because of the great quality Rihanna has provided.

  • Mario Badescu facial spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater

I jumped on the bandwagon a little too late with this facial spray. I liked this product because it was so moisturizing to use after your face routine and also great to prep your skin for makeup. I would love to try the other sprays within this line.

  • African Pride Moisture Miracle leave-in cream

This leave in cream is great for naturals it contains Coconut Oil and Baobab Oil leaving your hair moisturized and soft. I will be using this hair product more often, it’s a new favorite leave in of mine.

  • Wet Line Xtreme Professional Styling Gel

The natural hair community has been ravening about this hair gel so of course I had to pick it up. This gel is prefect for defining curls, I’m upset I didn’t find it sooner.

Some of these products I have tested out late, but they were definitely worth the try. I’m looking for more products to add to my list of most keep this year. Maybe you can try these products as well if you haven’t done so already.
