- Pumpkin patch
If you have ever scrolled through Insta during the months of September, October or November, you have probably seen numerous pictures of people with pumpkins or in a pumpkin patch. Now it is not the most original photo location, but the pictures are cute so who cares?!
- Apple orchard
A close second to pumpkin patches, apple orchards are another great outdoor location to capture fall scenery and your cold weather #OOTD. Lots of opportunities for great photos exist here, between candids of picking apples, playing in the leaves and getting a cup of hot apple cider, the possibilities are endless.
- Abandoned areas
With Halloween right around the corner, taking pictures in a spooky setting would be particularly appropriate. Fields, warehouses, old buildings and many other places have the perfect amount of horror vibes that would be sure to be a hit on your Insta.
- Coffee shop
To balance the spookiness on your profile after posting your Halloween-inspired shoot, hop on over to your favorite cozy coffee shop. In typical coffee shops, warm lighting and neutral colors create the perfect setting for photos during the cold weather months. While your pics from the previous setting will show off your edgy side, the coffee shop will allow you to display your cute inner caffeine-addict.
