Everyone, the best season of the year is upon us. No, it is not pumpkin spice season, sweater weather, Halloween nor Thanksgiving. The best season of the year… is Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas.
Yes, that’s right – Countdown to Christmas is back and better than ever. The annual tradition features holiday-themed movies and television specials. Original Hallmark Christmas movies will premiere and run alongside returning favorites. It begins this Saturday at 8 p.m. with Christmas at Pemberley Manor and runs until December 29, with new movies every Saturday night.

Hallmark movies have the perfect mix of cheesiness and sentiment that compliment the holiday season and make for entertaining television, so make plans to catch a few of these seasonal flicks. With two months of movies, there’s plenty to choose from. Keep an eye out for my personal favorites, Snow Bride and A Princess for Christmas.
