As if the new streaming service, Disney + wasn’t enough for nostalgic fans of Disney, one of everyone’s favorite childhood shows is returning!
On Tuesday, Lizzie herself, Hilary Duff, and Gordo, Adam Lamberg, announced the revival on the Disney+ YouTube channel. “Gordo,” or David Gordon, was one of Lizzie’s best friends on the original show, which ran from 2001 to 2004. If you were a true fan, you definitely thought Gordo and Lizzie belonged together (especially after their kiss at the end of the 2003 “Lizzie McGuire Movie”). It is not clear what their relationship is going to look like in the new series but here’s hoping that the revival is as good as the original!
