1. Get Supplies
Get some cheap paints, paint sealant, a canvas, and some paint brushes. You can get these items from your local department store, even some dollar stores sell canvases and paint brushes.
2. Get Inspired
Look for inspiration based on a theme. Tumblr is an awesome place to get art inspiration. Once you get an idea, make it your own. If you want, attach a meaning to your painting.
3. Gather Some Friends
You don’t have to do it alone. Get some friends, and you can even create paintings for each other to put in your room. It will be a memory for you all to keep forever!
