We all know that with the pleasures of spring comes uncertainty in the weather.  As we head further into April, the rain can dampen not only our moods, but our wardrobes as well.  Don’t let the wet weather keep your cool outfits at bay. There are plenty of cute rain gear options that are not only chic, but fun to wear!  Check out some of these ideas to keep you both dry and looking good.

Trench Coat
You can never go wrong with the classic trench coat.  It’s always flattering and goes well with everything.  Its great protection for those rainy days, doing its job of keeping you warm and looking great.  Trenches are also great to wear when the spring weather is behaving nicely.  It’s the perfect coat for spring; just make sure its waterproof for those rainy days!

Rain Boot
Protective footwear is crucial to keep you warm and dry on those crummy rainy days.  Rain boots are the ideal candidates for the job.  Coming in a variety of styles, colors, and patterns, there are endless option for you to choose from.  They are fun to wear and a super sweet way to spice up your spring wardrobe.

Umbrella
If there’s one thing you need for the month of April, it’s an umbrella.  Why limit yourself to basic black?  There are tons of unique umbrellas in different styles and various prints and patterns. They come in a variety of sizes as well. Choose a small compact automatic one to keep with you at all times or a sturdier traditional manual umbrella with a curved handle for ease in holding.  Whichever one you choose, it’s a definite necessity for spring.

Raincoat
Remember being a little kid and wearing a plastic raincoat?  I sure do and I loved it!  Bring back those fun memories with a raincoat for spring.  They are great protection from the damp spring weather and have a fun and funky appeal.  They come in a variety of different water resistant materials but my favorite is the retro PVC.

Bag
Ok, so maybe a water proof bag isn’t absolutely necessary to have, but I couldn’t resist.  I am so in love with Furla’s Candy Bag line for spring, I had to mention it!  The bright PVC bags are fun and add the perfect punch of color to your outfit.  The PVC material makes them great for the wet spring weather, keeping your belongings safe and dry.  Definitely a great spring addition to any outfit!
