UGA Before Spring Break as Told by Michelle Tanner

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UGA chapter.

With the weather being so warm lately, spring break is never far from our minds. Whether you are road tripping to the beach, adventuring to the mountains, or heading home for a relaxing break, we can all agree that a break from school is much needed. So, with March 4th fast approaching, the sassy and adorable Michelle Tanner is here to walk us through the emotions we all feel during the long week before spring break. Make sure to check out our collab article with HC UFL to see how they get excited for vacation.

When someone asks if you’re excited for break

Trying to find the funds for the trip

Hitting Ramsey every day this week to get beach-ready

Realizing that having a “beach body” is a societal construct and you can eat/do whatever you want before spring break

When your parents remind you to be safe next week (for the billionth time)

When you attempt to pack and realize you have absolutely nothing to wear

Sitting in class and realizing you don’t know what’s happening

Reflecting back on those same classes and the minimal effort you put into all your assignments

Driving away after skipping your last class so you can get to the beach sooner

Again, make sure to check out our collab article with HC UFL to see how they get excited for vacation.
