How to Study for Exams Like a #GIRLBOSS

A lot of Erin’s viewers and subscribers are high school or university students who use her videos to apply to their own lives, trying to be an educated girl boss. Erin recognizes that a lot of the viewers are younger than the clients she usually works with and makes content to help the student viewers. It is never too early to take charge of your life. Facing exams is a good place to start because preparing for college exams usually depends on how you study which is different from other people. Taking charge of your success is crucial to doing well on exams and these tips can change the way you prepare and ultimately improve your test scores.

Working from Home Habits: Stay Productive and Organized

You may be thinking that this video doesn’t apply to you because you are a full-time student or don’t work from home, but a lot of college students set up their class schedules so they have classes only on certain days. This is great if you need that mental break during the week in between classes. A problem with not having class on a certain day every week means that there is no attendance policy forcing you to get out of bed and go somewhere. These days off can be used as a day off every once in a while but each person needs to be self-disciplined to actually use this day to keep up with work in your other classes. If you have five classes in one day, you probably won’t want to go back to your dorm and do work for all five classes. It is easy to say, “I don’t have class tomorrow, I will do it then.” Having the discipline to wake up and actually do those things is necessary to avoid getting behind in every class. This video has tips that can be useful to help you use each day off from class to help you stay stress-free.

How to Stick to Your To-Do List: Organization Advice

With all of the reading, homework, projects and due dates for every class it is easy to feel overwhelmed. Having a to-do list is a great way to keep yourself on track on a daily basis by reminding yourself what you have to do a certain day to make sure you achieve the due dates and goals you set for yourself. Your to-do list can be written in a planner or even an informal note on your phone that can easily be checked off when you complete tasks. Having a to-do list is the first step of being organized, but motivation is needed to push yourself to complete the task. Writing tasks down does nothing if you don’t take the steps to complete the tasks. This video provides tips to help you stay motivated to take your to-do list seriously and complete tasks on a regular basis.

How to Refresh Your Morning Routine

How many of us actually have a morning routine that sets our focus for the rest of the day? A lot of us roll out of bed 30 minutes before we have to leave for class. Throw on some athleisure and head to class. This can work for some people, but for others, it can turn into just going through the motions. If you have some time before your class, spending that time to go through a personal routine can set the tone for the rest of the day. Erin implements morning routine habits that female entrepreneurs and business executives use. Aside from this video, Erin creates many other videos about morning routines and even shares the morning routines she has to help her attack the day.
