5 Reasons Why Harry Styles is a Gift to this Earth

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UGA chapter.

Growing up in the 2010s as a young girl, I followed a winding path called the One Direction fandom. It taught me a lot, but mostly it created my love for Harry Styles. Now, whether you were a die-hard fan of One Direction or not, there is one thing that we can all agree on: Harry Styles is a GIFT. Styles has always been the standout boy band member. With the release of his self-titled album, his fan base has expanded and his old fans have accepted the change of genre happily. His album is a true indie-rock beauty. However, Harry’s magnificence doesn’t all stem from his music. Here are 5 reasons why Harry Styles is a gift to this earth:

His Fashion Style

Harry Styles has been praised for androgynous fashion choices because he shows that clothing doesn’t have to stay true to gender roles in order to be fashionable. Harry fluctuates from all types of clothing from bright flowy tops to more formal items like floral suits. No matter what he wears, he always makes sure to make a statement.

His Kindness

No matter what he has going on, Harry always makes an effort to spread joy to those around him. At his concert on Oct. 14, 2017, Harry gave the crowd a speech about the importance of kindness and told the crowd to hug in order to help make someone else’s day better.

His Jokes

During his One Direction tours, Harry Styles began known for one thing—his awful dad jokes. Harry, with a big smile on his face, would always be ready to torture the audience with an agonizing knock-knock joke whether they wanted it or not.

His Vocals

Harry has the voice of an angel. The boy can sing. He is known for his deeper tones and high notes. If you are curious, just go check out his first solo single, “Sign of the Times.”

His Face

Just look at him.

In conclusion, there are no reasons that everyone shouldn’t appreciate Harry Styles.
