Let’s be honest, Hilary Duff has a special place in our hearts. As Lizzie McGuire, she was absolutely perfect, playing the quirky down-to-earth character wonderfully. Luckily she is still down to earth. She’s one of the seemingly rare child stars who has turned out to be normal.
