Hey Collegiettes!

It’s that time of year again: March Madness! Instead of drawing your essay outline and studying for midterms, you’ve drawn your bracket, scheduled the must-watch games, and secured your plans for the championship. There is only one thing left to plan: your outfit.

Based on my bracket (don’t hate me!) here are some fun ways to look stylish and sporty-chic just in time for the Gators to take on Florida Gulf Coast tonight:

Louisville: The Cards rep red and black like no other. A red pant would be the perfect pop of color for an outfit. Try a loose black top with a white bubble necklace paired with black ballet flats. If you need a clutch, I’d recommend a metallic gold.

Indiana: home of the cream and crimson. Borrow a gameday dress from your friend at Alabama, home of the Crimson Tide, and wrap a cream ribbon around the waist. Dresses can be a little fancy for a basketball game, so dress the look down with a pair of neutral sandals.

Florida: Hopefully the winners of the NCAA championship, Florida’s colors are bold and bright — perfect for color blocking! Use the brightest color (orange) as your bottom and use a calming blue as your top. Since both colors are pretty dominant, I would wear minimalist jewelry.

Ohio State: Since Ohio’s colors are red and white with a tertiary black, I suggest utilizing the tertiary color as an accent color. Feeling edgy? Pair black combat boots with a flowey red dress; it’s the perfect combination of flirty and grunge that shows you mean business about your bracket.

Whether watching March Madness courtside or at a college bar, you can still support your team without sporting their jersey!
May the best team win! But really, Go Gators! ;)
