Valentine’s Day at UF could not have been a more perfect day — sunny, breezy, and a perfect 65 degrees. It was a breath of fresh air after the several dreary, cold rainy days we experienced earlier in the week. With many people sporting pink sweaters and heart-shaped jewelry, I looked for someone wearing Valentine’s Day fashion in a less obvious way. Where do you like to shop? “Banana Republic, Anthropologie, Loft, and J.Crew” If you could raid anyone’s closet who would it be? “Blair from Gossip Girl definitely.” What inspired this outfit today? “Well it is Valentine’s Day, so I wanted to wear red, but I wanted it to be subtle.” Describe your style. “It’s a combination of hipster and preppy-eclectic prep.” What is your go-to outfit? “I usually like wearing shorts and neutral colors but like to add one statement piece.” What is your favorite item in your closet? “I have this dress from Anthropologie that looks like newspaper print. It’s a statement dress, so I can’t wear it often, but I just love it.”
