The holiday season is finally upon us!
 
For many of us, it means our favorite holiday treats will soon be served at holiday parties and get-togethers. Instead of worrying about putting on a few extra dessert pounds, it’s time to start making healthier choices when it comes to dessert time. This way you can still enjoy the holiday treats without feeling guilty for indulging. Here are some of our favorite dessert options that won’t leave you feeling like a four-mile run is necessary afterward.
