Spectators watched singers perform at the Pride Festival Saturday in honor of the LGBTQ community. The event took place at the Bo Diddley Plaza downtown from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. and celebrated Pride History Week. Local music acts and vendors participated, and the festival drew a large crowd of people, many of who painted their faces and wore bright colors to show their pride.
