If you’re looking to get a sweat-tastic workout in but don’t feel like spending an hour on the treadmill or biking like a fiend during cycling, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Here are some of the fun, cardio-based group fitness classes offered here at UF! We love them, so take our word for it, and sign up for the next open class.

 
Muscle Confusion. If you’re ready to jump and move at quick pace, we recommend signing up for this class. Not only will it get your heart racing, but the class also offers strength-training elements along with core moves. Muscle confusion doesn’t confuse the muscles – it burns, tones and strengthens them all in one class!
 
iBurn.This strength-training class is great for toning, tightening and sculpting muscles. With heavy emphasis on strengthening the muscles and light cardio moves, this class will turn those less-than-perfect biceps into strong, Kate Middleton-esque arms!
 
Zumba.This Latin-infused class will teach you some of the latest dance moves to some of your favorite songs playing on the radio. But be warned, though: this is a fast-paced class, so be ready to pay close attention while sweating up a storm!
 
County Line Dance. In the mood for a little time in the country? This class will have you getting in touch with your Southern roots while working some cardio in. So grab a partner and get ready to do-si-do!
 
Hatha Yoga.Finals are approaching, so what better way to de-stress than with a yoga class? This specific style of yoga focuses on breathing and relaxation techniques – perfect for a mid-day study break!
