Sometimes I kind of feel like a superhero, or I at least feel the stress they must feel. Finals, projects, summer jobs and more make our hair turn grey and increases our desire Netflix binge more than usual. As much as I hate to admit it, my skin care definitely gets put on the backburner during stressful times like these. That’s why this week I found three different facials to help relieve any effects stress has on your skin. They’re easy and fun to make, good on a budget and will definitely help your skin regimen. Keep being beautiful, ladies, and enjoy these DIY facials!

1. “The Flash” Fruit ‘n’ Yogurt FacialIngredients: Greek yogurt, orange and natural aloe

Ever wonder why superheroes have great skin? It’s because when they aren’t saving the world from crime, they’re making their own DIY facials! This mask is my personal favorite because it smells great and the ingredients are easy to find. All you need is plain yogurt, an orange and natural aloe. Simply mix 1 teaspoon of plain yogurt with squeezed juice from your orange (about 1/4 of the orange will do) and 1 teaspoon of aloe. If you like a more textured mask, you can also add some orange pulp, too. To start the rejuvenation process, just apply a thin layer of your DIY face mask, and let it sit for 20 minutes. After the time is up, wash it off with warm water, and love the touch of your baby soft skin!

2. “Loki” Lemon Face MaskIngredients: Lemon and honey

This is another great face mask for revitalizing your skin and looking like Loki on the big screen, just without the evil smirk. With this mask, you’ll need 1 lemon and 1/4 cup of honey. Simply stir the two together lightly until they create a cohesive mixture. Be careful because this mask has a more liquid consistency, so you may want to have a towel in hand when you apply it. Apply a very thin layer, and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Wash with warm water, and enjoy the out-of-this-world soft skin you now have!

3. “Black Widow” Blueberry FacialIngredients: Blueberries, aloe gel and honey

From all the crime fighting the fabulous Black Widow does, you must know she has a fantastic skin care regimen! This facial is great for treating under eye circles and making your skin look fresh. Start by mashing about 1/2 a cup of blueberries and a teaspoon of aloe gel together. Take a dime’s worth of the mix (leaving some for your actual face mask) and dab lightly under your eyes. Let it sit for 10 minutes, and then remove with warm water. After that, add one tablespoon of honey to your under eye mixture, and use it for the rest of your face! Apply for 20 minutes, and you’ll look as fantastic as Black Widow herself!

Don’t let finals get the best of you, collegiettes. We all know the horrors of stress-induced acne, or as we like to call it, stress-ne. With the help of these all-natural facial masks, your skin will be ready to shine this summer!
