The Best Celebrity Fashion Moments of October

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UFL chapter.

Besides  being the “spooky season,” October is also the start of fall fashion.

With the end of this season’s “Big Four” fashion weeks, we saw many of the new runway trends translating to celebrity fashion.

Here are my picks for the best celebrity fashion moments of October, from Instagram to the red carpet.

Barbara Palvin

Barbara Palvin attended the Calzedonia Leg Show wearing a dress from Dolce & Gabbana.

The leopard print dress is a nod to the animal print style that have been trending since the beginning of 2019.

She paired the dress with Calzedonia tights and black boots.

Combined with her loose hair bun, she looked youthful and fit right in with the nature of the event.

Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie’s appearance at the premiere of “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil” alongside her children channeled the heroic side of her character.

The custom Ralph and Russo gown was bedazzled with Swarovski crystals.

The tulle dress was accessorized with a golden caged bodice that completed the “Maleficent” vibe of the look.

Hailey Bieber

One of the most exciting celebrity news of October was the marriage of Hailey and Justin Bieber.

Hailey said “I do” in a lavish wedding in South Carolina with three different wedding dresses.

Although, all three were absolutely stunning, the star of the show was the specially designed dress by Virgil Abloh of Off-White.

This “beautiful creation,” as described by the model in a post on her Instagram, was in an off-the-shoulder, long-sleeved classic lace design.

The gown had a low back and a mermaid silhouette with a long train.

Hailey finished her look with a long, sheer veil embroidered with the words ’TILL DEATH DO US PART.”

Iman Bowie

Supermodel Iman Bowie arrived to the 13th annual Golden Heart Awards in a complete leopard-print suit.

The custom-made Michael Kors ensemble was paired with a glittery bodysuit and large hoop earrings.

Her golden brown wavy hair and bronze makeup was the ultimate finish to this October red-carpet appearance.

Cindy Crawford & Kaia Gerber

The 80s supermodel and her supermodel daughter took the stage at the Forces of Fashion event in different monochrome looks.

Cindy Crawford opted for a business suit from Max Mara and added sandals and large earrings to give a more relaxed feel.

Kaia Gerber looked stunning in a khaki tailored military jacket and a pencil skirt from Alexander McQueen.

She completed the look with mid-length black boots and simple gold jewelry.

The muted colors of both of their clothes matched the laid-back vibe of the Vogue conference.
