What are some things in your bucket list? I would love to spend a long period of time travelling in a completely new country, preferably somewhere in eastern Asia or around the mediterranean region. I also want to see many of my favorite bands in concert and get several tattoos.
What would you tell yourself 5 years ago and what would you tell yourself in 5 years? I would tell myself 5 years ago that some major changes were headed my way and to embrace them as much as possible. Between high school, college, and just life in general, I have experienced so many new things. While it has been difficult and scary at times, my life has changed for the better in countless ways. I would tell myself in 5 years to remember what it feels like to be in a new environment. The last few months have been a whirlwind of new experiences and adjustments to a whole new life. While I am looking forward to feeling normal about living on my own, this experience has shown me that change is one of the best parts of life.
What is your best memory of UCSD of San Diego so far? So far, the best times I’ve had at UCSD have just been exploring the campus and La Jolla with my friends. Discovering new things about a new place has been really exciting.
What are you most looking forward to about writing for Her Campus UCSD? I am really looking forward to being a part of a community that seems really special. I have already met so many amazing people and I can’t wait to get to know everyone!
