San Diego is known for its food and foodie culture. There are so many different types of delicious food venues to try, it’s impossible to hit all of them, even with four years as a student here. But there’s one week of the year when participating restaurants in the San Diego area offer specials and a foodie experience like no other: Restaurant Week! This year it’s January 17-24, and it’s a great way to eat locally-sourced food and enjoy a night out on the town. Go with friends or take that someone special with you to experience a traditional San Diegan event!

Of the 180 participating restaurants, some include: Anthony’s Fish Grotto, Cafe Coyote, Crab Catcher, The Melting Pot, and Puesto!
