This eclectic ensemble is comprised of a simple pleather crop turtleneck from Wasteland and DIY cutoff high-waist shorts. I transformed a versatile skirt I bought from a street vendor in Hawaii into a shawl for more of an ethereal look. To balance the femininity, I wore my spiked platforms from Foreign Exchange. I finished off the look with a pair of Willy Wonka-esque sunglasses from GoJane.
