Where is your hometown? Glendale, California.
 
What are your hobbies? My hobbies include dancing, singing, playing guitar/piano/ukelele, and religiously watching Parks and Recreations or Friends.
Relationship status? Newly taken! :)
 
What is your idea of the perfect getaway? My perfect getaway would be to go to a place with sunshine, a breeze, and a beautiful view with my loved ones. We’d go on food adventures and go exploring.
 
What do you see yourself doing 10 years from now? 10 years from now, I see myself with a loving, growing family in SoCal, while being (hopefully) a successful User Experience Designer at Disney. Or I’d be doing the independent lifestyle thing in the hustle and bustle of New York City.
 
If you could choose to have a never-ending supply of any food, what would it be? My first thought was sushi, but I don’t know if my stomach could handle a never-ending supply of raw fish. So, I might have to go with ravioli. 
 
What is the most exciting thing that has happened to you in college? The most exciting thing would probably have to be discovering the “Christian” burrito at Vallartas. Fried eggs and bacon in a California burrito? It doesn’t get better than that! Oh, also discovering what I want to do with my life and meeting the most amazing people ever is pretty exciting, too!

Jasmine is currently a senior at the University of California, San Diego. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Education Studies. Jasmine is the Co-Campus Correspondent for Her Campus UCSD, along with the amazing Taylor Zepeda. Jasmine spends most of her time volunteering at low socioeconomic status elementary schools across the San Diego county and grading papers for classes she is a Teacher's Assistant in. Novel wise, she is an avid fan of Edith Wharton and the Lord of the Rings series. She also loves comedic shows like New Girl and The Big Bang Theory, but also enjoys thrillers like Criminal Minds. One of Jasmine's favorite hobbies is trying foods of different cultures; she loves visiting cultural nights and community festivals. Above all, Jasmine worships Beyonce (a.k.a. Beysus, Queen Bee, Baeyonce, etc). Her future aspiration in life is to become the Secretary of Education and have the Hov and B over for dinners.
