First Zayn Malik leaves One Direction; now Nina Dobrev is leaving The Vampire Diaries! She posted a picture on Instagram with TVD writer, Julie Plec, explaining to her fans the low-down on her decision. She confessed “I always knew I wanted Elena’s story to be a six season adventure, and within those six years I got the journey of a lifetime.” No Nina, you can’t leave us, you were supposed to have a wedding with Damon and have his kids!

5. The Rock Eats What?!
Ever wonder how The Rock stays so swole? Well, his secret is that he eats 7 meals a day, adding up to 4,000 calories per day! If that’s not enough to get your heart pumping, listen to this: he does cardio from 4am-5am, eats meal #1, lifts weights for 90 minutes, has a post workout shake, and ends with 32oz of Gatorade thirty minutes later. Sooooo, does this mean we can also bulk up like The Rock if we eat 7 meals a day?
