Fall is upon us, therefore it’s squash season! Looking for a healthy alternative to pasta try this recipe for spaghetti squash.Â

Ingredients:Â
Spaghetti SquashÂ
Pasta Sauce/ Pesto SauceÂ
ParmeseanÂ
Chicken (optional)
Seasonings: Garlic, Butter, ect.Â
Steps:
Wash and cut the spaghetti squash in half lentghwise, remove seeds and strings.Â
Season to taste, place in oven or microwave. [Personally prefer baking the squash]
Microwave it on high for ten minutes or roast it for thrity-five minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool and then use a fork to crape flesh from top to bottom into strands of spaghetti.
Add your choosing of pasta sauce, meat, or cheese. Â
