Nowadays it seems like there are so many television shows out there that it’s almost too much to handle (Keyword: ALMOST). But I’m telling you, ladies, one of ABC’s newest thrilling dramas, Quantico, is not a show to be missed. Here are some reasons why.
1. The cast is actually diverse.
The main character, Alex Parrish, is played by Priyanka Chopra, an Indian actress. During the first season, viewers – along with Alex – try to figure out who is framing her for a terrorist attack on Grand Central Terminal.
2. Plot Twists. So. Many. Plot. Twists.
This show, I find, is very similar to a How to Get Away With Murder style (not surprising considering they’re on the same network). That is, there are a lot of time jumps and even more plot twists and turns.
3. Ryan Booth
No further explanation necessary.
4. Strong women everywhere. Can we talk about #GirlPower?
Every female character has a unique background story that makes her the badass she is now, training at the FBI academy. How cool is that?
5. Iris Chang’s sass
It’s always on point.
6. Romaaaaaaaance
Considering recruits aren’t allowed to have relationships with each other, the romance is that much more thrilling. 6. *sings*
7. Brandon Fletcher
Boy, yasssssss.
8. It’s an overall fun watch that keeps you guessing at every episode.
