My current favorite trend is anything oversized. What’s better than throwing on a huge sweatshirt and being able to call it “fashion”? In the fashion world, Giorgio Armani’s SS 18 collection took the trend to new heights, with huge draping sleeves and off the shoulder sweaters. Worried this look is too dramatic for going to class? Scroll down to see 3 different ways to rock the oversized trend on campus:

1. Casual & Cute

Keep things low maintenance with the classic hoodie + ripped jeans combo. Pairing skinny jeans with oversized tops (instead of looser jeans) makes sure your silhouette isn’t swallowed up by the oversized-ness of the jacket. Finish the look off with some simple sneakers, and you’re ready to run through Bruin Walk (to avoid all those flyers, right?)

2. Trendy & Current

Looking to be a little more trendy, but still craving the comfort of a hoodie? Pair your favorite sweatshirt with some over the knee boots and a trendy hat for a put together vibe. The over the knee boots, similar to skinny jeans, draw attention to your legs, which helps avoid your upper body from magically disappearing.

3. Bold & Chic

This is probably my favorite way to get away with wearing a hoodie when going out with friends. The stretchy pencil-esque skirt gives off a femme chic vibe, while the sock sneakers one up the cool factor of this look. Not only are you totally chilling in stretchy clothes from head to toe, your outfit also give off a laidback street style vibe.
