It’s hard to believe that the beloved, acrobatic icon from our childhood said “I do” this February to the love of her life, Brian Thalman, and embarked on the next chapter of her life as newly married.

Brooke starred on Dance Moms for the first four seasons (2011-2014) of the show and she quickly earned a special spot in the fandom for her laid-back nature and older sister energy.

But it wasn’t just us who took to her sweet character.

Brian Thalman was also introduced to the show by his family and grew up watching his future wife grace the stage alongside millions of fans. The two were raised in the same area and weren’t introduced until 2021 when Brooke returned home the holidays – but it’s clear the invisible string was always there.

In 2024, the couple announced their engagement after an emotional proposal in Pittsburgh where it all started, with a 3.25-carat diamond ring and the support of their close friends and family.

For a year of fiance festivities, the couple went all out.

They hosted a “Tini Found Her Thalman” themed engagement party at a mini golf course and Brooke got down for her dwindling bachelorette days in Jackson Hole, Wyoming with her closest friends. As the wedding approached, the couple had a bright, floral rehearsal dinner with centerpieces hand made by Brooke’s mom, Kelly Hyland.

On February 21, 2026, it was time to tie the knot. The couple settled on the dreamy, outdoor venue La Casa Toscana in Fort Myers, Florida because of its proximity to Kelly’s home (as if the day wasn’t already tear-worthy enough!).

Nearly 160 attendees gathered to celebrate the Thalmans, including beloved cast members Paige Hyland, Chloe and Christi Lukasiak, Mackenzie Ziegler, Melissa Gisoni, Kendall and Jill Vertes, Nia Soux, Holly Frazier and Kalani Hilliker. Talk about a star studded guest list.

Wedding coordinator Olive Tree Weddings in Florida ensured the day went just as Brooke and Brian dreamed of.

And it absolutely did: guests raised handkerchiefs to their eyes as Brooke walked down the aisle in a stunning mermaid gown by Ines Di Santo, a sleek bun and Kelly’s own wedding veil. White flowers lined her path and the bridesmaids awaited her in pale blue dresses.

After the ceremony, it wouldn’t be a Dance Moms wedding without a little floor action. The couple swayed a non-choreographed number to “The One” by Matt Johnson and kept the energy up through the night with their guests, some cucumber margaritas and a gelato truck. They officially said goodbye to their engaged era and grooved into a new one as Mr. and Mrs. Thalman.
