Bridgerton; a show that has been talked about since the first season came out on Netflix. Fans were ready to get their hands on the second season, and I was too. Who wouldn’t want to watch a regency-themed show with an enemies-to-lovers romance? Sign me up!
While watching the show, I noticed the beautiful dresses the girls wore and wanted to write about some of my favorites. There may be spoilers, so read with caution. Sit back, relax and gush over these looks with me!

At the beginning of the second season, we are introduced to two new characters; Kate and Edwina. Can I say gorgeous? Their dresses throughout the season are amazing, but I loved the dresses they wore when they were first introduced. Kate wore a light blue dress with oh-so-many sparkles. Paired with a crown and a diamond necklace, she was meant to outshine the rest!
I’d like to also point out the small touches that show Kate and Edwina’s Indian roots, such as the embroideries. The show did an amazing job at blending Kate and Edwina’s heritage with the British fashion of the time.
Edwina showed up at the ball in a dress equally as stunning. She wore a pink gown that totally matched her personality! It had colored stones placed throughout, and I spent every moment wishing I could go to a ball and wear a pretty dress.
After all, who wouldn’t want to go to a ball dressed to the nines to find your soulmate?
Kate also adorned a beautiful blue dress when spending time with the Bridgertons. It was silky and fabulous, paired with a blue flower headdress.

Penelope Featherington, a friend of Eloise Bridgerton and the famous Lady Whistledown, wore a pretty pink dress this season. After many balls wearing yellow, she finally got to show off a different color! The dress was covered in pink flowers and paired with pink gloves.
- Lady Danbury and the queen

Lady Danbury is always dressed in a fashionable manner. So it’s not surprising her dresses this season were absolutely stunning. She wears dresses that are bold in color, with touches of gold throughout. I mean, for a lady who’s always next to the queen, she has to look good.
Speaking of the queen, her wardrobe has always been the most elegant of everyone. She is the queen, of course, making her blinged-out dresses and extravagant wigs all the better.
- Daphne and Anthony

Even though season two is about Anthony and Kate’s romance, I didn’t forget about Daphne Bridgerton! This season, she is seen wearing dresses that are more purple and lilac shades. Gone are the pastel blues, passed from Daphne to her sister Eloise.
An honorary mention of fashion goes to Anthony Bridgerton. Yes, he doesn’t wear dresses this season, but his style is worth mentioning. Throughout the show, the colors he wears match Kate! Intentional or not, it made watching the on-screen couple more interesting.
