Okay, so Spring Break came and went.  And let me guess, you didn’t exactly get in the shape you wanted to for it, right?  If you did, then more power to you girl.  Luckily, the rest of us still have six more weeks until school is officially out and summer is here.  Except sometimes wanting to get into shape and dieting isn’t the hard part.  It’s the motivation to work out and make it a habit of doing so, that leads us to procrastinate or give up completely.  So, I’ve come up with a solution.  Here’s a playlist for you to jam out to while you’re running on the treadmill or the elliptical.  It is designed especially for you to help you not only feel motivated, but very much empowered.
