Are you a part of any clubs or groups on campus? I participate in a lot of IM Sports.
Three adjectives that describe you? Athletic, outgoing, intelligent
What do you like to do for fun? I like to hangout with my friends, and I also love sports. I sign up for every IM team at UCF and hopefully one day I will win a UCF Champion shirt.
What is your dream job? I love sports, so I would want to be a star quarterback for an NFL team.
What do you plan on doing after college? I plan on going to New York and work for a sports agency. Going to New York will allow me to be closer to my family.
If you had the chance to meet anyone in the world, who would it be and why? Nobody famous, actually. I would want to meet my grandparents. I never got the chance to meet them, so it would be cool.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? I would want to learn how to play the guitar. I always thought it was cool when I was younger and still think that it is.
What is something not too many people know about you? I’m part Welsh. With a name like Matthew James Smith, nobody believes that I’m Puerto Rican, but I’m also Welsh.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be? I would want the power of invisibility so I could do whatever and go wherever.
Where is the best place you’ve traveled? Puerto Rico. It was nice to see where my family came from and I was there for a family vacation, so I have some funny memories from that trip.
