Julie Fleishman, what her claim to fame? Well, I mean, she was only on UCF Homecoming Court 2013 and involved in Greek life as well as the Late Knights Student Director. She’s a UCF obsessed, country loving and this weeks Campus Celebrity.

Year? Major? Minor?

I am a junior. Event Management and leadership minor

Hometown?

Boca Raton, Florida

How did you get involved with Late Knights?

I volunteered my freshman year and there was an opening for Promotions Director for the spring. Everyone said I wouldn’t get it and then I did! I knew I wanted to be Student Director and the position opened in the following fall and I stepped up to the plate.

What made you want to apply to Homecoming Court?

Homecoming had always looked so fun to me. I had always wanted to be on Homecoming Court. My sorority, AEPhi, really pushed me and supported me through the process.

What do you do with your free time?

I love reading. I always have my Kindle loaded. I also love to lie by the pool and swim.

Describe yourself in 3 words:

Funny, creative and enthusiastic

What are your plans after graduation?

I hope to continue to work toward becoming a corporate planner for special events for places like Hard Rock.

What is your favorite memory from UCF?

It would be between being on the field during Half Time for the Homecoming game or running home to AEPhi after being a Rho Gamma.
