Welp, you’ve made it. Your last hoorah. Or at least that’s what you’ve been told ever since your 21st birthday. Yup, there is nothing left for you, and you’re only closer to your golden years.
Of course we know that your best years are yet to come, but it seems the rest of your friends and family think your life has peaked. Here are some other things they already have (or definitely will) say to you in the upcoming year:
“That was the last fun birthday…”
Helloooo, anyone heard of “dirty 30?”
“When do you graduate again?”
*Sips drink*
“Oh, now you’re a REAL adult!”
…I thought 18 was my last teen year…
“Drink up! This is the only year it’s acceptable to be an alcoholic!”
Can’t I just lightly drink for the rest of my life?
Don’t worry, your next two birthdays look promising…
And they definitely won’t say the same thing over and over to you….
