During the past year, I’ve had more free time to read. And, being a person who loves picking up a good book, here are some I’ve been enjoying this year. If you’re like me and love to read, then you’ll love my list of book recommendations.
- Serpent & Dove by Shelby Mahurin
Serpent & Dove is a story set in a magical world filled with witches and witch hunters. In this novel of forbidden love and secrets, the readers get to follow Louise — a witch who left her coven and went into hiding. - The Midnight Library by Matt Haig

- Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell
Set back in the ’80s, this book is about two very different people: Eleanor and Park. It follows the journeys of these two misfits finding each other. Park, with his loving Vietnamese family, and Eleanor, with many siblings in poverty, meet each other on the bus. And the rest is history!

- A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sara J. Maas

- Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard
Mare Barrow has red blood. Seems like a common thing, right? Well, until you add people with silver blood into the mix. People with silver blood are blessed with amazing powers — anything from telekinesis to wielding fire.
