The eyes, the hair, the abs. Zac Efron, you are a babe. You are the eternal #MCM, a perfect combination of boyish charm and a killer bod, an undeniable total package. The world is a better place with Zac Efron in it.
I’d like to take a minute to reflect on the god-sent that is Zac Efron. From his high school days as Troy Bolton, to all of his drool-worthy shirtless movie scenes, he’s never failed to make our inner fan-girl squeal. It’s time to reminisce and look back at all the good times we’ve shared together. Prepare to *heart-eye-emoji.*
1. High School Musical 1. The moment we first laid eyes on Zac Efron. He stole our hearts as the handsome, long-haired boy, who could simultaneously sing and play basketball. The moment of Efron discovery.
2. High School Musical 2. The much anticipated sequel to HSM 1 only deepened our love for Troy as we watched him conquer the golf courses and our hearts at the same time.
3. High School Musical 3. We all wished we were going to prom with Zac Efron, let’s be honest. Sad times when HSM is over forever. RIP Troy Bolton.
4. 2014 MTV Movie Awards. The time Zac won the best shirtless trophy—a very well deserved award, with a number of pictures to prove it.
5. Hairspray. Mr. Efron lookin’ so good with slicked back hair. Don’t mind if he dents our do, honestly.
6. 17 Again. Let’s be clear, 17-year-olds do not actually look like Zac Efron in this movie. High school would have been a much better place if they did.
7. Every time he wears a suit, ever. As much as we like shirtless Zac Efron, you can’t deny he cleans up really nicely. That smile doe…
8. Charlie St. Cloud. Tears, so many tears. We all wanted to reach into the screen and hold Zac Efron as he wept. Shhhhh, it’s okay Zac, you’re gonna be okay.
9. The time he made kissy faces at a puppy. Does it get any better than this? So adorable… and the puppy is cute too.
10. The Lucky One. The real lucky one is the girl who got to touch Zac Efron’s butt.
11. When he blows us kisses. Thanks bae, really feelin’ the love.
12. The Paperboy. If nothing else, this movie provided us with a multitude of scenes with Zac Efron dancing and rolling about in his underwear. It was a good time.
13. When he licks his lips. Ermagerd, so attractive.
14. That Awkward Moment. The real awkward moment is when you realize you’re in love with Zac Efron, who is too busy lying horizontally on a toilet to love you back.
15. When he winks at us. Babe babe babe babe babe babe babe.
16. Neighbors. Zac Efron is obviously the ideal neighbor. He’s got great parties and mad barbecuing skills. Totally unrealistic though, because real neighbors just have annoying children and pets.
17. Anytime he does this thing, that dreamy stare. Also…muscles…whatta view.
18. The time he jumped out of a plane with Bear Grylls. I’m not one for eating leaves and sleeping in trees, but I’d totally do it with Zac.
19. When he calls us on the phone. Just kidding… but seriously, can I have yo phone numba?
