It’s difficult to find things to dislike about our truly amazing university and campus. However, when you think about it there are definitely some days we have all been on the struggle bus here at UCF. Here are 15 struggles we’ve all experienced once or twice (or everyday) that make being a University of Central Florida student complete:
Parking
60,000 students. Second largest university. Nowhere near enough spaces.
Not remembering where you parked in a parking garage
Walking around the entire 2nd floor to finally remember your car is on the 5th
Parking tickets
Neon green has never been so disliked
Driving a car on campus in general
Getting a spot on a Stairmaster in the gym
If you do get one, consider yourself the chosen one
Connecting to Wi-Fi
Dear UCF_WPA2, a stable connection would be greatly appreciated
The Express Print Lab
It’s either a ghost town or jam packed, but the line always seems longer when you’re trying to print out notes when you’re already late for class.
Finding space at All Knight Study or the Library
If you do find a spot and your laptop’s battery is almost out, there will most likely be no outlets available #winning
Getting stopped multiple times on Market Wednesday trying to get to class
No, I don’t want your flyer, or yours, or yours, or yours….
Forgetting your iClicker
The moment of panic
Walking into an exam Scantron-less
Again, a true moment of panic
Being overcome with nostalgia thinking about football and tailgate season
Forever Tostitos Fiesta Bowl ’14 Champs
“What’s your major?”
Not having an intended major makes this question super awkward- “Watching Netflix.”
Finals week
“But I actually do need to watch five more episodes of One Tree Hill on Netflix”
When Wi-Fi goes out and you can’t watch beloved Netflix
Can I get an AMEN?
