It’s my last quarter here at UC Davis, and as a way to cope and avoid thinking about graduating and entering the real adult world, I came up with a bucket list of things I could do these next ten weeks.

1. Take a class outside of my major and usual area of interest.

Usually, I strictly stick to the humanities, but this quarter I signed up for Intro to Wine Making to learn a little more about the science behind the scenes.

2. Spend more time in the arboretum.

The arboretum is such a beautiful place to walk or relax; I need to enjoy it more and hang with the ducks.

3. Say bye to the cows.

It’s hard to MOOve on without appreciating these ones.

4. Eat more Shah’s and Ali Baba’s breakfast burritos.

I don’t know how often I’ll be making it back to Davis, so I need to munch on them now as much as I can. Will they even taste as good after I graduate? Most likely, but better safe than sorry.

5. Study in a new spot.

I guess I should still study this quarter so I can make sure that I do graduate. Over the past three years, I have found my favorite spots and stuck to them, but this campus is so big that it would be cool to explore some other nooks.

6. Go to more sporting events.

Our teams are pretty talented and the games are free. I really should take advantage of getting to watch some live action athletics.

7. Say “yes” to more.

This is the last time I am going to be in this amazing Davis college bubble, so I may as well take advantage and make the most of it!
