Why did you start tutoring?
I tutor elementary school kids because I love kids. I love how free, outgoing, and confident they are with their silliness because I feel like that’s something we lose as we grow up. [Some kids] would do a backflip just to make you laugh.
What’s your career goal?
My career goal is to be a public defender because I want to help people who can’t afford legal help. I don’t want people to sell all their jewelry just to pay for a lawyer.
What do you love about Los Angeles?
I love big city life. I like how outspoken and prideful the people are. They aren’t afraid to show what they stand for and who they stand with. Being accepted in the city is so easy. And the variety of shops and boutiques is amazing!
What’s the country you want to visit the most?
I would like to visit an exotic place in Central America, whose culture is very vivid in their everyday lives. [It’s] where I could walk around nature and pick up coconuts on the way and see monkeys. I definitely want to see them.
What do you like about fashion, and how would you describe your favorite outfit?
I like to experiment with different colors, patterns, styles, and cuts. I have different styles for different occasions, but my favorite outfit would definitely involve heels with some color in it, like teal.
Give me a confession.
I like to critique people’s outfits, even if I’m looking like a bum that day.
