What’s your favorite cuisine?

Sushi!

What’s your least favorite food?
Fast food even though I eat it all the time

What’s your favorite place around UCI to go to?

The beach!

If you could be born in any other decade, which one would it be?

1800s, in the time of Jane Austen

What annoys you the most in a person?

When people chew their food loudly

What is an unconventional talent you have?

As gross as it may sound, I can blow spit bubbles and make them float.

If you could be any celebrity, which one would it be?

I would want to be Zooey Deschanel (in “New Girl”) because she has the best style and has the cutest awkward personality.

What’s your favorite thing about being a student in UCI?

I like how there are so many opportunities to be active in so many clubs and how we are able to take interesting classes that don’t apply to our majors. I also like how the campus is very green and nature loving and how it’s close to home. Lastly, I have met people at UCI who I can call my lifetime friends.

What sort of things are you involved in?

I am involved in Student Health Outreach, Mustard Seeds Catholic Group, and am also a mentor for freshmen who are in the Undecided/ Undeclared major.

What has been your best experience in UCI?
Ice blocking with friends that I have known since freshman year in Aldrich Park at 12 am!

What do you look for in a guy?

Someone who likes the same music, who gives me space and isn’t clingy, who can put up with all the complicated parts of me. Someone super whipped…just kidding! Just someone who is caring, knows how to make me laugh, and accepts me for my derp-iness…no no, my uniqueness!

What is your ideal date?
Since I’m oh so complicated, my ideal date wouldn’t be just a few hours—it’d be a whole day just because I would want to combine all of my favorite times and places into one day. The day would start off with a nice brunch at a hipster café (preferably Urth Café), then maybe to an art museum afterwards. Then after that, I’d want a nice, cliché picnic in the park or on a hill, just relaxing for a few hours with some good music (preferably live guitar playing). Then, I’d want to watch the sunset at the beach or somewhere I can take some good hipster photos for my Instagram. When it gets dark and cold, I’d want to go for ice cream and a pair it off with a drive- in movie. High expectations? You bet.

I’m totally kidding—I would be happy with any one of these things for a date. ;)

What are your future aspirations?
As of the moment, I want to pursue a career in health education and health promotion in the community. I am currently interning at the Orange County Health Care Agency in Santa Ana and have been inspired by the people who work in the health promotion division at the agency. Their passion to increase health awareness/ education in the community is admirable and I hope to become just as dedicated and passionate as they are.

Where do you see yourself in ten years?

In ten years, I hope to be married with a stable career, doing the work I love in public health or health education. I don’t like to think about the future… I just let life happen.
